Saturday + Sunday:

  • Full day, 7:00am-11:30pm: $745

3 Day Rental Rate:

  • Monday - Thursday: $995
    (plus $595 Security/Cleaning Deposit)

  • Premium days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
    If your 3 Day Rental includes a premium day, there is an additional charge of $150 per day.

Add-On Options:

  • Additional Hours:

    • $50/hour if booked at the time of the contract

    • $100/hour if added at a later date, if still available.

  • $150: Setup and Breakdown of your Event

Event Insurance is also required before every event, and needs to be reserved as follows:

  • Insurance Certificates must provide liability coverage (bodily injury and property damage) in the amount of $1,000,000 each.

  • Insurance Certificates must include both the Renter and Alyssa’s LLC as an additional insured party on the policy for the event held on the property.

  • Certificates must be received within 7 days of the event.
