If your 3 Day Rental includes a premium day, there is an additional charge of $150 per day.

How does the reservation process work?
After inquiring with us through our Contact page, we will be in touch within 72 hours with details.
If we are able to accommodate your event, you will receive a contract and invoice to secure your date. Please note, dates are only reserved once we have received both a signed contract and a paid invoice, and dates are reserved on a first booked first reserved basis.
What tables and decor items are included?
Provided for your use are:
8 60” round tables
8 6’ tables
8 5’ tables
75 black chairs are available
Decor is not included, nor are table linens. You will need to provide all decor and linens for your event.
If you would like to work with one of our event specialists for decor or linen suggestions, please mention this when requesting to reserve your date.
What is the
cancellation policy?
If the Renter chooses to cancel a booking 30 days (or more) prior to the event date, 50% of the initial booking fee paid to reserve your date upon the signing of this contract will be refunded.
If you choose to cancel less than 30 days prior to the event date, no refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT: All applicable refunds will be processed in the month in which the booking is scheduled.
Is Event Insurance
required?
YES. Event Insurance Requirements are as follows:
Insurance Certificates must provide liability coverage (bodily injury and property damage) in the amount of $1,000,000 each.
Insurance Certificates must include both the Renter and Alyssa’s LLC as an additional insured party on the policy for the event held on the property.
Certificates must be received within 7 days of the event.
Do I have to clean up
after my event?
Yes, cleaning up after your event comes to a close is required. A full checklist of cleaning procedures will be provided for you.
Failure to perform cleaning requirements will result in the forfeiture of a portion or all the Cleaning Deposit.
We appreciate your consideration for those who will be using the space after your event. Just like going to the beach, let’s leave it better than we found it!
What is the alcohol policy?
Beer and wine may be responsibly served with insurance coverage. Event Insurance must specify Liquor Liability Coverage if beer and wine are to be served. No alcohol sales are permitted. Liquor, kegs, and any alcoholic beverage other than beer or wine are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
In accordance with all federal, state and local laws, there is absolutely no alcoholic beverage consumption for anyone under the age of 21 on our property.
